Return to Balance on the Island of Crete

Ho‘oponopono & Lomilomi Retreat

September 18–24, 2026

On the island of Crete, we gather where land, lineage, and ancestral ways meet.

Hawaiian healing practices come into relationship with a place held in its traditions, gods, and stories.

Through Ho‘oponopono, Lomilomi, and ceremony, we work directly with what is carried in the body and breath.

KA HANA | THE WORK

This gathering is rooted in Ho‘oponopono, Lomilomi, and ceremony.

It includes teaching, practical application, and time for integration.

The work is direct, carried through the body, through relationship, and through the breath.

CRETE

Land shaped by sea, stone, and time.

It is a place where human life has long been lived in direct relationship with the land and water.

To gather here is to step into that continuity — where land and water remain active, not separate from life.

In this setting, Ho‘oponopono, Lomilomi, and ceremony are not removed from place.

They come into relationship with it — through the ocean, through freshwater, and through the ground we stand on.

THE EXPERIENCE

Each day moves through teaching, practice, and ceremony.

Ho‘oponopono and Lomilomi are carried through both structured sessions and direct exchange, allowing the work to be experienced rather than explained.

Time is given for integration — through the body, through silence, and through the natural environment of the land and water.

Ceremonial work includes opening and closing protocols, an ‘Awa gathering, ocean cleansing, and freshwater renewal.

These are not separate from the teaching, but part of the same process.
