Most people today were never taught what prayer is.

Prayer was not something our ancestors rushed.

It was not something repeated without understanding.

In the Hawaiian tradition, pule is a way of entering—

with intention, with presence, and with alignment.

This masterclass is a return to that foundation.

WHAT THIS IS

This is not a meditation session.

This is not passive listening.

This is an introduction to the foundations of traditional Hawaiian prayer.

You will be guided through:

  • What pule is and how it is understood

  • The inner state required before prayer

  • The structure and form of traditional prayer

  • The role of voice, chant (oli), and presence

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

  • Live guided gathering (90–120 minutes)

  • Introduction to pule and oli

  • Foundational understanding of prayer in Hawaiian tradition

 For Members

This gathering is included for Mana O Kahiko members.

Access is available through your membership dashboard.

OPTIONAL PRACTICE MATERIALS

For those who wish to continue practicing after the session, an optional set of materials is available.

Includes:

  • Practice recordings of the prayers and chants

  • Individual recordings for repetition

  • Prayer guide (Hawaiian and English)

  • Presentation from the session

WHO THIS IS FOR

  • Those who feel drawn to prayer but were never shown how

  • Those seeking a deeper understanding of Hawaiian spiritual practice

  • Those ready to begin or return to a grounded foundation

Prayer is not something you say.

It is something you enter.

If you feel called to learn or return to the foundations of pule, you are welcome.
